📦 Ordering & Delivery

  • Delivery to the rest of the country takes 4–7 business days.
• Do you offer free shipping?
  • Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
  • For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies.
• Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
  • You can change your address only if the order has not been shipped.
  • Please email support@kitabry.com immediately with your order number and new address.
  • Once the package leaves our warehouse, the delivery address cannot be altered.
• Can I track my order?
  • Absolutely.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once shipped.
  • Track your order in real-time from our website.
• Do you deliver internationally?
  • Currently, we deliver only within India.
  • International shipping is coming soon.

• What is your return policy?
  • Kitabry.com does not accept general returns.
  • All book sales are final.
• Can I cancel my order?
  • Yes, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched.
  • To cancel, email support@kitabry.com with your order details.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or recalled.
• How long do cancellation refunds take?
  • Once a valid cancellation is confirmed, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
• What if I receive a damaged or wrong book?
  • We will gladly replace it.
  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email us at support@kitabry.com with a photo of the book.
  • We will ship a replacement immediately at no extra charge.

• Are your books original?

  • We source directly from authorised publishers.

• What happens if a book I ordered is out of stock?
  • We monitor inventory closely, but if a book becomes unavailable, we will notify you immediately.
  • A full refund for the unavailable book will be issued to your payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Do you offer e-books or audiobooks?
  • Currently, we sell only physical books.
