Products & Pricing

Orders, Payment & COD
- Confirmation: An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email from us.
- Payment Options: We accept online prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- COD Terms: For COD orders, you agree to pay the full invoice amount in cash to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. Refusing a COD delivery without a valid reason may result in the suspension of your account for future COD purchases.
- Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If we cancel a prepaid order, a full refund will be issued.
No Return & Replacement Policy
- Final Sale: All book sales on Kitabry.com are final. We follow a strict No Return and No Refund policy once an order has been successfully delivered.
- Damaged Items: Exceptions are only made if you receive a physically damaged, misprinted, or completely wrong book. In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing proof (photos/video) to claim a free replacement.
