સરદારસિંહ રાણા – બાલ ભારતી ટ્રસ્ટ

Sardarsinhji Ravaji Rana (1870–1957) was an esteemed Indian freedom fighter and a founding member of the Paris Indian Society. Born in Gujarat, he spent a significant part of his life in France, where he provided crucial financial, logistical, and political support to Indian revolutionaries abroad, including Shyamji Krishna Varma and Madame Bhikhaiji Cama. He played a pivotal role in smuggling revolutionary literature and materials into India to aid the independence movement. સરદારસિંહજી રવાજી રાણા (૧૮૭૦-૧૯૫૭) ભારતના એક અગ્રણી રાષ્ટ્રવાદી, ક્રાંતિકારી અને સ્વાતંત્ર્ય સેનાની હતા. તેમનો જન્મ સુરેન્દ્રનગર જિલ્લાના કંથારિયા ગામમાં થયો હતો. તેમણે પેરિસ ઇન્ડિયન સોસાયટીની સ્થાપનામાં સક્રિય ભૂમિકા ભજવી હતી અને ફ્રાન્સમાં રહીને શ્યામજી કૃષ્ણ વર્મા તેમજ મેડમ ભિખાઈજી કામા જેવા ક્રાંતિકારીઓને આર્થિક અને નૈતિક ટેકો પૂરો પાડ્યો હતો. વિદેશની ધરતી પરથી ભારતની આઝાદીની લડતને વેગ આપવામાં તેમનું યોગદાન અમૂલ્ય છે.
